- Ist nur ein Elternteil Staatsangehöriger des Staates Afghanistan und auch nur dann wenn der Vater aus Afghanistan abstammt und dort geboren ist, müssen bestimmte Voraussetzungen zur Aufnahme erfüllt werden. -
- Afghanistan ist bei den United Nations als Afghanistan hinterlegt und als Afghanistan anerkannt. Das land ist ein Islamisches Land und die Regierung wird vom Volk anerkannt oder gewählt. Daher ist Afghanistan: Islamische Republik Afghanistan.-
- Die Emirate Afghanistan oder Islamische Emirate Afghanistan existiert mindestens seit über 50 Jahren und wird repräsentative von einer gewählten
oder bestimmten Regierung repräsentiert. -
- Kinder eines Eltern Teiles, hier nur die Mutter, die in Afghanistan geboren ist und der Vater eine nicht afghanische Staatsanghörigkeit hat
ist die Vergabe der afghanischen Staatsangehörigkeit aus ethnischen Gründen nicht möglich. -
- Ansprüche auf Afghanistan ohne Beachtung dieser ethnischen Voraussetzungen, oder ohne berechtigte Erbschaftsdokumente über ein Eigentum, und somit die Begründung für Völkermord und Krieg in Afghanistan oder in einen anderen Islamische Staat zu gerechtfertigen ist eine Kriminelle Handlung und Verbrechen, dass vor dem Internationale Strafgerichtshof ( ICC ) zu bringen ist. -
- Die Anerkennung der Frau und des Mannes in der Gesellschaft ist seit tausenden von Jahren kulturell und religiös geregelt. Eine Gleichberechtigung zwischen Mann und Frau kann
aus natürlichen, religiösen und kulturellen Gründen nicht geben und ist nicht möglich.
Die Rechte der Frau und des Mannes sind religiös, kulturell und juristisch geregelt. -
Aufklärung Karte 3 Kabul
Bei einem unter Netzzelt ( PashaKhana ) aufgebauten Schlafplaz im großen Balkon in Karte 3
hat die ganze Familie nach dem Tod des Mir Mohammad Ali Khan übernachtet.
Am Frühen Morgen vor dem Sonnenaufgang gabe es ein Endringen im Garten durch die eigene zum Schutz bestehenden Soldaten
in der Garnison und sie haben Obst gestohlen, das für mich nicht als Verbrechen angesehen wurde und die Frage wieso sie nicht durch die Tür kommen. Beim Aufwachen waren alle Familienmitglieder nicht mehr im Zelt.
Die Frage: Wieso beklauen dich die eigenen Soldaten. Und wieso erklärt die Familie, dass es zu viele Mücken
waren, und sie im Zelt es nicht mehr aushalten konnten und sich ins Haus begeben haben ?
Antwort: Herr Mahmood hat unter Verleumdung eine falsche Rechtslage vorgetäuscht.
Es muss jedem klar gewesen sein, dass das Eigentum des Mir Mohammad Ali Khan Said Mansoor
übertragen wurde. Somit der Krieg in Afghanistan ein Krieg um das Eigentum eines Eigentümers bestand,
dass in ganz Afghanistan Klarheit bestand. Der Krieg in Afghanistan hat somit keine
Rechtsgrundlage und ist als eine Pychologische Kriegsführung zu betrachten.
